Ramp + NetSuite, configured for how your finance team works

Configure Ramp's native NetSuite integration and extend it with custom flows when your AP process spans more systems.

Overview

Ramp is a spend management platform. NetSuite is Oracle's cloud ERP. Ramp offers a native NetSuite integration that syncs accounting fields, transactions, reimbursements, purchase orders, vendor bills and payments.

PARA configures Ramp for NetSuite and designs custom flows where the native connector stops. Past projects include a custom receipt sync from Ramp to NetSuite and an AP process in which bills from a separate operational system pass through Ramp before posting to NetSuite.

What syncs

  • Receipts: Ramp to NetSuite (custom flow)
  • AP bills originating in another operational system: into Ramp, then on to NetSuite
  • Standard objects covered by Ramp's native connector: accounting fields, transactions, reimbursements, purchase orders, vendor bills and bill payments

Common use cases

  • Extend the native connector with records it does not move
  • Route AP from an industry system through Ramp approvals into NetSuite
  • Combine Ramp configuration with CRM and ERP flows in one project

How PARA delivers

  • Functional Ramp configuration
  • Integration design and development
  • Change requests as the process evolves
  • Hosting and post-implementation support

Frequently asked questions

Questions about integrations?

Ramp already offers a native NetSuite integration. Why work with PARA?

The native connector covers standard flows. PARA steps in when your process needs more, such as extra records, custom fields or a flow the connector does not handle, and can help you configure and support the native option first.

How does a project start?

With discovery. PARA reviews how your team uses Ramp and NetSuite, maps the records and fields that need to move, and agrees the flows with you before any build begins.

What happens after go-live?

PARA offers hosting and post-go-live support for the integrations it builds, and scopes change requests as your process evolves.
